My old blog header (up top between the Bull and the Bear) since starting this blog read:

MBAGearhead ES Trading Journey
A daily chronicle of results of one ES trader (e-mini S&P 500 futures) trading my own accounts. I define myself as a day trader and scalp for a couple ticks to a few points most of the time. I am 100% in cash every night after 3:15pm CST.

A daily chronicle of results of one retail futures trader trading my own accounts. I define myself as a day trader and generally swing for at least a few points most of the time. But I do make the occasional scalp for ticks too.
