1:45pm CST - Crazy day with NFP and Crop reports.  Mad at my self for moving a stop in a 6E system trade.  Some day I will learn to never break my rules.  Ever!

    what i found effective in not breaking system rules is taking help of a colleague and trading in a team of 2, instead of trading all alone. It really helped.

      Not a bad idea. I'd like to think I'm more accountable to myself than to others though. This job does take ironclad discipline!
