A daily chronicle of results of one retail futures trader trading my own accounts. I define myself as a day trader and generally swing for at least a few points most of the time. But I do make the occasional scalp for ticks too.
You'll get it back, plus more. You're too good.
ReplyDeleteOuch! I know the feeling.
ReplyDeleteMonday's gap tends not be filled in general.

Ditto for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays too :)
LOL - Cory and Anon.
ReplyDeleteHow about this - open your charts every day, study them all the time. Develop the time, the skill and the patience to avoid chop and direction-less days over time. If you keep avoiding those difficult situations, guess what - you are running away from uncertainty.
That, more than anything will kill your trading one day. Guaranteed.
Thanks all. Can't I just avoid Saturdays and Sundays?!
