2:00pm CST - Lack of discipline early today.  Dug the hole and shut down for week with a small loss.  I really should think about switching to a less volatile instrument.

    I had just started to trade the CL contract when a couple weeks later it started to collapse. The price action got so erratic I couldn't read that market at all any more, so I had to get out.

    yes, the 'devil you know' I finally delete all other contracts excepts ES as it's like an 'old' friend to me, It's boring at lunch most of time unless there is some news, etc. At the end of day you just have to ask yourself; do I want to trade something with unexpected outcome, good or bad or do I want to trade something with expected outcome.
