A daily chronicle of results of one retail futures trader trading my own accounts. I define myself as a day trader and generally swing for at least a few points most of the time. But I do make the occasional scalp for ticks too.
Hi MBA,
ReplyDeleteAre the things you trade experiencing an increase in volatility. Do you adjust your stops and profit targets based on volatility. I am wondering if you are getting stopped out too frequently because of that.
I have to tell you something..
ReplyDeleteDo the reverse of what u intend to do.. and u will do great
Anonymous, I have to tell you something ...shut up.
ReplyDeleteYMT....L.O.L :-)
ReplyDeleteAustex, I'm aware of volatility based stops and have found no edge with my current method vs. fixed stop which I currently use. Perhaps this past month that is not true however. Thanks for comment.
ReplyDeleteAnon, do the reverse of what YOU do. Stop commenting on blogs and write your own.
